Alison (Ali) Henry, MACP - RCC In Progress

Ali works with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and existential concerns related to meaning, identity, purpose, and personal growth.

Her approach is grounded primarily in Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), a collaborative approach that helps clients identify strengths, resources, patterns that are already helpful, and possibilities for change. Rather than remaining focused solely on problems, Ali works with clients to explore what they want more of in their lives, what is already supporting them, and how meaningful shifts can begin to emerge through greater awareness, intention, and action. She also integrates mindfulness, nervous system awareness, and trauma-informed practices into her work.

At the heart of Ali's work is creating a space where clients feel genuinely heard, emotionally safe, and free to explore both the struggles and deeper questions that arise throughout life. She has a particular interest in the relationship between mind, body, emotions, and consciousness, and is especially drawn to conversations surrounding self-awareness, emotional healing, patterns of suffering, contemplative practices, existential exploration, and psychedelic integration.

Outside of the therapy room, Ali has a background in yoga and meditation and has spent many years immersed in contemplative and spiritual practices. She enjoys CrossFit, practicing and teaching yoga asanas, spending time in nature, continued learning, and exploring the connection between nervous system regulation, wellbeing, and personal transformation.

She is honoured to spend her days walking alongside those who are ready to move toward healing, meaning, and connection.
